Staying here was quite the treat! I particularly loved the fantastic breakfast paired with a view that was nothing short of spectacular. The wheelchair assistance was always readily available, making our stay surprisingly comfortable for my family. We enjoyed the short stroll to the nearby Katara Cultural Village, which was a cultural highlight in our visit.

The comfortable dining area and terrace offered a relaxing space to enjoy the beautiful scenery. there were noticeable issues during my stay. The room wasn't fully prepared upon check-in. I found items left by previous guests, like toys, under the furniture. the butler service was slow. it took an hour to get the luggage picked up. While the culinary options were impressive, I faced inconsistencies with service. It felt like the staff struggled to keep up during peak times.

I found items left by previous guests under furniture. Late checkout was only offered until 1 PM despite low occupancy, and the butler service was notably slow. It's a shame when a hotel sets high expectations but falls short in a few critical areas.

Couple getaway that's worth it

The staff was incredible, like Joseph at the front who always had a smile ready! We enjoyed waking up to Sebastian's positive vibe at breakfast. it truly set the tone for our day.

My stay at this beautiful hotel on Marsa Arabia Island was truly memorable. I indulged in fantastic meals at nearby restaurants, especially delighted by the lively atmosphere at Namos, where the crew danced to popular Greek songs. The hospitality of the staff was impressive, with my butler dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay. I'd suggest improving the room mirror placement for added convenience.
